If "no modify" packages are permitted in TL, moreover, then some of the
packages I reported as non-free and which have subsequently been
removed from TL should not have been. futhark, for example.

I had understood that TL followed the FSF/Debian guidelines, though,
with FSF taking precedence in most cases of conflict (so that some
documentation is acceptable to TL but not Debian, for example).
