[tex-live] Missing .mf files

Although TeX Live 2008 includes the fundus package, which provides
LaTeX interfaces to various fonts, TL2008 doesn't seem to provide all
of the fonts themselves:

    calligra: callig15
    la:       la14 and lla14
    pvscript: script10 and scriptb10
    twcal:    twcal14
    va:       va14 and vacal14

    $ egrep '(callig15|l?la14|scriptb?10|twcal14|va(cal)?14)\.mf' tlpkg/texlive.tlpdb
    $

Did these fonts disappear for a reason (e.g., licensing restrictions),
or this an oversight?  I'd sure like to see them back in TeX Live if
possible.
