[tex-live] Incorrect version of metapost manual.

In TeX Live 2008, the PDF document
   texmf-dist/doc/metapost/base/mpman.pdf
does not match the source
   texmf-dist/doc/metapost/base/source/mpman.tex
The PDF says MetaPost version 1.003 is documented, whereas the
source claims version 1.005. The PDF also has a few errors
that are corrected in the source.

The mpman.tex in TeX Live matches the corresponding file on
CTAN, but the mpman.pdf in TeX Live does not match the PDF
provided on CTAN (which seems to be correct).
