cmlgc is a single-size font, so is (may just about be) appropriate for
rather low-quality typesetting only.  in its favour is that it also has
greek and cyrillic alphabet glyphs (and it's -- relatively -- small).

with the present setup, you need latin modern, and the rather large cb
and lh fontsets to get coverage for all three alphabets.  personally, i
think that's preferable.
