[tex-live] frameenv and texlive

Hi!

Is there are a texlive package which contains the "frameenv" environment? In 
old tetex it was in picins.sty which I couldn't find in any texlive package 
so far.

(Unfortunately I accidently mixed texlive stuff with old tetex stuff in my 
diploma thesis, so that's why I have these problems now ... )
