[tex-live] TeX Live 2008 testing - problems downloading

        \setuppapersize[letter][letter]
    into cont-usr.tex.

    TeX Live doesn't set that for you automatically. 

Now that we know what to do, I expect the installer can add that to
texmf-dist/tex/context/config/cont-usr.tex easily enough, along with the
other paper size files it already munges.  Thanks. 

    easier to tune such settings in ConTeXt
