I am about to ship out the sources too within a couple of days.  It
needs a bit of fine tuning since I want people should be able to
compile the sources perfectly although it compiles correctly in my
junkyard like Linux box.  I was in a hurry to send the class to
Elsevier as it was nearing the delivery date.

Sure, I will do it within one or two days, since I know the legal
obligations and I am for it.
