[tex-live] Bugs in install-tl for win32

Dear TeXLive Developers:

Just sent you a bug report in which I said of the almost-successful
installation from www.ctan.org:

>The GUI window then said it was finished. Clicking OK ended the install
>but no log file was created.

There was in fact an install-tl.log created but it was in the
installatuon directory rather than the current directory (as always
happened with a completely failed installation). Nevertheless, it
contained no reports of the failures.
