I suppose that it's sufficient to ask Bernd Raichle.  You'll find his
email address in catalogue/entries/authors.

Seems to be implemented in a hurry.  There is no ls-R file in this
tree, maybe this is one of the reasons Thomas' texdoc had been so
slow.
