Which version of texlive-fonts-extra and of texlive-base (latex-base)?

The problem is that (not only the Debian packages, but also TeX Live)
shipped two files ubbold.fd and Ubbold.fd. The former taking precedence
but being wrong.

If you have
	texlive-latex-base or texlive-base release << 2007-14
then your best way to fix it to remove the file yourself:
as root
	rm /usr/share/texmf-texlive/tex/latex/jknapltx/ubbold.fd
	mktexlsr

That should work. From texlive-base 2007-14 onward this file is not
shipped anymore.
