[tex-live] problem with fc-list

Seems to me that the problem is related to tl-portable setup. Siep,
would you please checking that?
Anyway, normal installation is OK, except old known problem that
fc-cache fails during installation (running as subsubprocess
can have any influence??), but works well _after_ installation.
