[tex-live] wsuipa compilefonts comments are not shell commands

    - texmf-dist/fonts/source/public/wsuipa/compilefonts
      this is a script that should be run, but it starts with the
      documentation without any comment markers, should be patched

Well, there is no actual reason to run it, these days, so I don't want
to take the time to track down Chet Creider (hmm, I used to know him)
and explain it all to him.  (I wonder if these wsuipa fonts are truly
free, BTW.  I see no notices anywhere.)

Here is a shorter patch.  CTAN, if you want to install this in
CTAN/fonts/wsuipa/mf/compilefonts, feel free.  If you don't, I don't
mind that either.  TL never runs it anyway and never will.
