As an aside to my previous message: I noticed this in my dmesg: I have many messages like kpsewhich[23217] trap divide error rip:2ab260c8999e rsp:7fff49e26e10 error:0 that are generated at the time of the failed install. Could it explain the failure? -- Fabrice DELENTE
