[tex-live] etoolbox, biblatex, latexdoc and source of docs

Dear Philipp,
as one of the maintainers of TeX Live I have the following questions
concerning the two packages etoolbox and biblatex:
We want to include them into TeX Live (the 2008 release is closing in),
in fact etoolbox is already, and biblatex is on my todo list.
There is only one slight problem: The source of the documentation.
Concerning etoolbox the source code is present, but not the respective
class 'latexdoc.cls'. Concerning biblatex the source of the biblatex.pdf
documentation file is completely missing as far as I see.
Our policy is as follows: We want to include as much as possible, but
source has to be provided. It is not necessary that the source can be
translated into the exact same pdf, like due to missing fonts, but in
general a recompilation should be possible.
That gives us two problems:
- for etoolbox we would need the latexdoc.cls
- for biblatex we would need the source code
In the absence of these file we will (unfortunately) only include the
actual code, but not the documentation of these packages.
We hope that you could help us here, best by uploading new versions to
CTAN.
Thanks a lot for all your contributions and all the best
Norbert
