    you can find the files README and README.txt which are identical.  One
    of them should be removed IMHO.

Thanks for the report.

It turns out that README is present in the euenc directory on CTAN,
while README.txt is generated by running euenc.dtx.  So I'm not inclined
to create a special case for this, the script is just doing the standard
thing (copy the directory, run the dtx's).  If it bothers you enough, I
suggest asking the author (Will Robertson) to take it out of the dtx.
