[tex-live] searching help for files w/o documentation

If I type

  texdoc CJKnumb

I get this message:

  texdoc info: No exact match, trying full search mode.
  Sorry, no documentation found for CJKnumb.
  If you are unsure about the name, try searching CTAN's TeX catalogue at
  http://ctan.org/search.html#byDescription.

What about adding the following sentence or something similar:

  You might also look up the source code in case you know the exact
  file name; provided that file `CJKnumb.sty' exists, try

    texdoc CJKnumb.sty
