[tex-live] Win32: xelatex -0.999.4 failure to process sample2e.tex

Sorry this time I cannot reproduce the crash on
windows 2000, xp and vista.
It is weird that reviously "xetex story" worked on wine
"with exactly the same binaries" if you reinstall.
