[tex-live] Win32: xelatex -0.999.4 failure to process sample2e.tex

On windows XP, both of "xetex story" and "xelatex sample2e"
run fine. However on Vista, both of them sometimes succeed
and sometimes fail with access violation (weird).
I'll investigate the problem.
