[tex-live] install-tl revision 9846 broken

So it's probably not the newest (which is going its way through the mirror as
we speak, as usual).

The good news is, Norbert took care of this yesterday, so that even if the
database is "broken" (in this case, it was just a typo in a package's name) it
issues a clear error message and continues anyway.

Please try again with a newer installer, this should really work now with
Norbert's work (and since the typo in the database is fixed, too) and complain
if it doesn't.
