[tex-live] wrong links with --disable-multiplatform

      perltex, pkfix, ps2eps, texdoctk, thumbpdf and vpe

Hmm.  I saw a rather different list of missing executable bits under
texmf{,-dist}/scripts.  I fixed the ones I saw.  Please check against a
clean checkout and let me know about remaining discrepancies.
