[tex-live] Error TexLive in kubuntu 7.10

It seems to be a known problem. Google search finds:

#468169 - texlive-latex-base: pspicture.sty requires pspicture.ps ...

pspicture.sty which is included in this package requires a
pspicture.ps, but this file is not ...

The same problem appears in TeXLive 2007 but is already solved in svn
repository (I have looked to the fresh working copy just now). You can
solve the problem in your version by copying
/dvips/pspicture/pspicture.ps to your texmf-local, or by getting the
pspicture package from CTAN and unpacking it to texmf-local.
