    I would be happy to work with you on improving the documentation and

Improving the documentation would be most welcome.  What would work best
is if you could make a first draft with the improvements, and we can
work together from that.

    also test using texlive on in our setup i.e. on Samba mounted drive
    if it has any interest for you.

Testing is also very very welcome, but there won't be another release
this year.  If you're not on this mailing list, I can just let you know
when we start pushing towards the next release ...
