[tex-live] updating titlesec in SVN

Hi there,

these packages should be updated in TeXLive SVN repository from CTAN:
xltxtra and titlesec.

xlxtra has been improved and titlesec 2.7 has been deprecated, since it
contained some incompatibilities with the KOMA-Script classes.
