Michail is right, of course.  I believe that the omission happened
because TFMs of those two fonts aren't part of the Metapost bundle
(which is correct -- they are identical to the standard TFMs in
TeXLive).

However, these four lines in TeXLive's trfonts.map look suspicious:

  HNB     Helvetica-Narrow-Bold           phvb8an
  HNBI    Helvetica-Narrow-BoldOblique    phvbo8an
  HNI     Helvetica-Narrow-Oblique        phvro8an
  HNR     Helvetica-Narrow                phvr8an

They should be

  HNB     Helvetica-Narrow-Bold           phvb8gn
  HNBI    Helvetica-Narrow-BoldOblique    phvbo8gn
  HNI     Helvetica-Narrow-Oblique        phvro8gn
  HNR     Helvetica-Narrow                phvr8gn

instead.
