[tex-live] cyrtexinfo?

    Should cyrtexinfo work in TL2007? It does  not  in my subset, nor for  
    one of my users. Does it work in TL2007?

Well, apparently not.  I barely knew cyrtexinfo existed.  It's nothing I
ever had anything to do with.  No idea who dreamed it up.

However, I see the error related to \UTFviiiTwoOctets, which is a
relatively recent addition to texinfo.tex.  The current version of
texinfo.tex is somewhat newer than what your log shows.  I just updated
TL to have the latest (from ftp://tug.org/tex/texinfo.tex).  Does that
make any difference?

Perhaps with the input file I could debug something more.
