[tex-live] nfssext.sty missing

    TexLive 2007 seems to be missing nfssext.sty:

In addition to the previous reply: if someone takes the trouble to
create a proper package with it and upload it to CTAN, I'll be glad to
install it.  It has never been part of TL.
