[tex-live] bbold11.tfm in texlive-2007

Here is what worked for me:

1. find a file bbold11.fm (327 bytes) on the web

2. rename it to bbold11.mf

3. put bbold11.mf in the right directory
   (.../texmf-var/fonts/source/public/bbold/ )

Now style files that require this "strange" font will work without
complaints and build derived files as needed.
