Ah, I now realise (he said, having lain in bed for two minutes)
that that is insufficient !  Unless I announce the URL, the
probability of anyone else downloading it and then becoming
a co-seeder is infinitesimally small :-(  So, what we need
is as many people as possible to download (and then seed)
