[tex-live] pubform.bib is ill-formatted

Dear Jürgen,

it seems that the pubform.bib as shipped on CTAN (or created from the
files there) is not well-formed. The problem is the CharacterTable in
the header which contains a @ which in turn is interpreted by bibtex as
an entry (bibtex does not know about comments, only about ignored
chars).
