[tex-live] texdoc under windows

Hi,

At present, one can use in TeXLive 2007 texdoc.exe for W32TeX,
which is in the attached zip file, by copying texdoc.exe into
bin/win32. texdoc.exe for W32TeX is not compatible with that
for teTeX:

Usage(1): texdoc -h
          Display this message
Usage(2): texdoc [Option(s)] FileName [SubStringInPath]
Options :
          -l list matching files without using viewers
          -s use substring for the FileName
Example :
texdoc -l -s readme pdftex
          list all files containing "readme" as a substring
          in the file name, and containing a string "pdftex"
          in the full path name.
