I have played around a bit with Windows Vista to see what new
roadblocks it puts in our way.

It appears that, with a reasonably default install, you need admin
privileges to run unsigned executables. Can anybody confirm this?

If this is indeed the case, has anybody looked at good automated
ways to sign executables?
