While I don't know the details of how this is used, I took a quick
look at the content, and am concerned that it may not be correct.
There are a number of entries such as
\pdfglyphtounicode{twelveudash}{D80C}
\pdfglyphtounicode{ringfitted}{D80D}
\pdfglyphtounicode{interrobangdown}{D80B}
that seem to be mapping glyphs to values in the Unicode High
Surrogate range. (About 15 or so altogether.)
These are not valid characters in themselves, and should never be
used in isolation. The glyphs in question look as though they might
not have standard Unicode values, so perhaps these should have been
Private Use Area codes?
