[tex-live] strange tex-pl.pool, pdfetex-pl.pool, pdfetex.pool files are getting installed

Yes, also about pdfetex.pool. Please observe, that it is obsolete:
- pdfetex is now a link to pdftex
- fmtutil.cnf: pdfetex format uses pdftex engine
