please don't do that. it's incorrect. without #3339, xetex was using
system headers for zlib instead of the ones included into TL, which
resulted in errors on systems where there's no zlib development
package and/or mismatch between zlib version used for a build and the
one used to link.

please undo this patch - i'll investigate how to properly fix it.
