It seems so.  When I run

  ./tclkit-linux-x86 tile078.kit

a window with the title "Fatal error" pops up saying:

no such file or directory
  while executing
"source tile()78.kit/main.tcl"

I already tried.  Perl pre-compiles programs.  In certain situations
interpreters like Tcl are in advantage.  More about this in Bachotek.
