[tex-live] fmtutil.cnf / TL2007

I have patched fmtutil.cnf so it uses mf-nowin instead of mf for the  
metafont format.

BTW, given that we will not see another TL this year (I suspect), why  
not call this one TL2007 and plan TL2008 for January 2008? TL2009 in  
January 2009, etc. That way, you will never move accross a year  
boundary, not even when you lose a few monts because of (un)expected  
delays.
