[tex-live] tetex collection or scheme

    I found that collection and scheme concept was unfortunately not
    well used for teTeX. All things defined in collection-tetex.tpm
    should go rather into scheme-tetex.tpm. Should I repair that,

What's the problem with it?  I moved everything from scheme-tetex to (a
new) collection-tetex because I needed it in scheme-mactex too, and one
scheme cannot depend on another (it seemed).  And no, I do not want to
duplicate that giant list of packages, that would be wrong.

I am not sure if Werner Fink is on the list.  In any case, he did the
work of initially creating the set of packages, but we are maintaining
it now.  There's no need for him to be troubled about it in perpetuity.
