[tex-live] Problems with dviout (Win32)

Using the 20070104-setuptl.zip archive I get two errors.

1) When choosing "scheme-tetex"  or pushing the respective "info"
   button I get:

can't read "schemefile0": no such variable
can't read "schemefile0": no such variable
    while executing
"source $filetpmcollection"
    invoked from within
".f.nb.frm1.f31.rb10 invoke "
    invoked from within
".f.nb.frm1.f31.rb10 instate {pressed !disabled} { .f.nb.frm1.f31.rb10 state !pressed; .f.nb.frm1.f31.rb10 invoke } "
    (command bound to event)

   Choosing another scheme the installation can be started.
    

2) During _postinstall action_ I get:

could not read "C:\TeXLive2006\dviout\dviout.exe": no such file or directory
could not read "C:\TeXLive2006\dviout\dviout.exe": no such file or directory
    while executing
"source $filewininstall"
    invoked from within
".f.nb.frm1.f24.b2 invoke "
    invoked from within
".f.nb.frm1.f24.b2 instate {pressed !disabled} { .f.nb.frm1.f24.b2 state !pressed; .f.nb.frm1.f24.b2 invoke } "
    (command bound to event)

   and the installation seems to be caught in an endless loop
   afterwards (status bar still moving). In the respective folder,
   there is only the file _install.par_
