I forgot: also get from TL2005 and copy to texmf-local
texmf-dist/tex/latex/mathtime
texmf-dist/source/latex/mathtime
texmf-dist/fonts/enc/dvips/mathtime
texmf-dist/fonts/tfm/yandy/mathtime
