[tex-live] TeXLive2007.02.04 and Windows Vista

What are the expectations of installing on Vista?

I had tried TeXLive2005 and the install would just hang at some point.

I'm now trying the 02.04 build of TeXLive2007.  During the install I
received a message:

    (command bound to event)


After continuing, the install program is now just sitting there (well, it's
doing something according to Task Manager) with a message about Postinstall
actions...
