[tex-live] obsolete Latin hyphenation files

Thanks for your reply and the update of the Latin hyphenation file.

Sorry, I guess the files to be updated are latin.ins and latin.dtx, but
these are still to be uploaded to CTAN. Claudio Beccari sent those files
to Johannes Bramms  and are waiting for his approval.
