I even doubt that someone really wants to use these fonts.  Typewriter
fonts are good for nothing else but typesetting computer programs.

But in IBM Courier you cannot distinguish between /quoteleft and
/quoteright at normal sizes (10pt...12pt).  This makes it useless.
