[tex-live] mixed DOS and Unix line endings in pdftex.map

    Some lines in texmf/fonts/map/pdftex/updmap/pdftex.map have a trailing
    `^M'.  This is probably a bad idea...

I've noticed that too.  The global files are created by inserting files
straight from the original packages.  Sure, it would be possible to
strip ^M's, but since they cause no apparent harm, I didn't bother to
suggest/implement it.
