[tex-live] t5.enc appears twice in SVN repository

    hm, t5 is pretty base or at leas not less base than ec, texnansi or
    qx so i opt for removing the second one (or actually the whole vntex
    path then)

The question of in which directory a given.enc should appear is not a
matter of how important it is.  It is a matter of what packages (if any)
it's maintained in.

"base" really just means "catchall".  The .enc files in base/ are there
mostly because I copy them there from fontname (and copy them to
fontname when I find them).  Otherwise many of them would not be in the
distribution at all.

I believe the master copy of t5.enc is part of vntex, at least, that is
what the file itself says.  So fine, makes sense to me to remove the
copy in base.
