[tex-live] Ruby interpreter in the TeXLive distribution?

People who use TeX professionally will certainly be able to solve
their problems themselves. They know what TeX is (hopefully) and
install it.
The live system is mainly used by beginners, and it is very unlikely
that a beginner needs XML.
Hans, what do you propose? Not to provide Ruby for Windows? And why?
