I have a copy in http://hroch486.icpf.cas.cz/ssh-win32/ with two changes:
1. known_hosts is filled with host to which I most frequently connect (but
it is not up-to-date)
2. Number of rows is limited inthe configuration to 25 because otherwise
it did not work when connecting to OS/2

It can also be fetched from https://hroch486.icpf.cas.cz/ssh-win32/ and I
can look at the server certificate in order to verify that I get the
correct version.
