[tex-live] Proposal for collection reorganization

    My first list was taken without too much objections, so here is another
    proposal for collection-science which incorporates all this

Besides those already mentioned, ednotes is definitely not "science".
Where does the science list stand now?

In general, I suspect most of the packages in collection-etex are
already in other collections.  Anyway, I have no particular problem with
your suggestions.

  etex -- An extended version of TeX, from the NTS project.

It is already in basicbin, which is where it should stay.

  pdfscreen -- Support screen-based document design.
        ??
I'd say latexextra.

  pdftexdef -- The pdftexdef package.
        only source files with test contents, what is this, kill it?
I already did kill it.

  bin-thumbpdf -- Thumbnails for pdfTeX and dvips/ps2pdf.
        2 "binaries", perl scripts, should be moved to basicbin, or?
It seems apparent that the whole installation of thumbpdf needs
reexamination.  In any case, it seems more like binextra to me than
basicbin.
