My first list was taken without too much objections, so here is another
proposal for collection-science which incorporates all this
collection-chemistry plus the following stuff from collection-latexextra
SIunits -- International System of Units.
begriff -- Typeset Begriffschrift.
biocon -- Typesetting biological species names
bitfield -- Draw bit field data structure diagrams.
bytefield -- Create illustrations for network protocol specifications.
clrscode -- Typesets pseudocode as in Introduction to Algorithms.
complexity -- Computational complexity class names
computational-complexity -- The computational-complexity package.
ednotes -- Typeset scholarly edition.
formula -- Typesetting physical units.
functan -- macros for functional analysis and PDE theory
hepparticles -- Macros for typesetting high energy physics particle names.
hepunits -- A set of units useful in high energy physics applications.
karnaugh -- Typeset Karnaugh-Veitch-maps.
metre -- Support for the work of classicists
mhs -- Historical mathematics.
miller -- Typeset miller indices.
nassflow -- Drawing Nassi-Schneidermann diagrams and flowcharts.
newalg -- Format algorithms like Cormen, Leiserson and Rivest.
objectz -- Macros for typesetting Object Z.
rst -- Drawing rhetorical structure analysis diagrams in LaTeX
struktex -- Draw Nassi-Schneidermann charts
t-angles -- Draw tangles, trees, Hopf algebra operations and other
pictures.
textopo -- Annotated membrane protein topology plots.
youngtab -- Typeset Young-Tableaux.
Please tell me your opinion!

As Hans explained that context has no necessity whatsoever of the stuff
in pdfetex, I would suggest killing this collection and moving the
packages/tpm contained in it a bit around, please comment to my
proposal:
cmap -- Make PDF files searchable and copyable.
cmap.sty and friends
to latexrecommended
etex -- An extended version of TeX, from the NTS project.
etex.sty, etex.src, etexdefs.lib
seems to be really basic, where do we put it? into
collection-basicbin, or collection-basic?
ifmslide -- Presentation slides for screen and printouts.
latexextra
pdf-trans -- Transformations of TeX boxes for pdfTeX.
latexextra
pdfcprot -- Activating and setting of character protruding using pdflatex.
latexextra
pdfpages -- Include PDF documents in LaTeX.
latexrecommended
pdfscreen -- Support screen-based document design.
??
pdfslide -- Presentation slides using pdftex.
latexextra
pdftexdef -- The pdftexdef package.
only source files with test contents, what is this, kill it?
pdftricks -- Support for pstricks in pdftex.
latexextra or pstricks (in the later case note that pstricks does
not depend on latex)
pdfwin -- Customizable windows for screen output.
latexextra
xbmc -- Skeleton package.
latexextra
bin-pdftools -- Support tools for PDF files.
bin-thumbpdf -- Thumbnails for pdfTeX and dvips/ps2pdf.
2 "binaries", perl scripts, should be moved to basicbin, or?
eso-pic -- Add picture commands (or backgrounds) to every page.
latexrecommended
and in parallel move microtype to collection-latexrecommended.
Best wishes
Norbert

CHIPPING ONGAR (n.)
The disgust and embarrassment (or 'ongar') felt by an observer in the
presence of a person festooned with kirbies (q.v.) when they don't
know them well enough to tell them to wipe them off, invariably this
'ongar' is accompanied by an involuntary staccato twitching of the leg
(or 'chipping')
