[tex-live] dante.ctan.org upload: devanagari (fwd)

Hi all,
I am forwarding the CTAN announcement. New version of Velthuis Devanagari
is already on CTAN. As discussed a few moths ago, the name of the package
has changed and velthuis.zip should replace the older devanagr.zip. The
preprocessor has also changed. The package contains statically linked
Linux binary as well as binaries for Windows and OS/2.
