Hi Sebastian,

    ! LaTeX Error: File `ltxtable.sty' not found.

TL did not install ltxtable properly.  So you reported it to the right
place :).

For the moment, you can get ltxtable.{sty,tex} from:
http://tug.org/teTeX/release/3.0/texmf-dist/tex/latex/carlisle/

I'll see about fixing it for this year's TL release.
